I came in a while ago, and when I walked in I assumed I shouldn't be in there. All of the bowling balls were wrapped in plastic, I assumed it was inventory week. The employee informed me that is how they are displaying bowling balls now. I didn't like it, but once I picked out a ball, it was fit and drilled in a timely matter and it felt great! Will definitely be going back due to the great service and speedy turn around time
Bought a Tropical Surge from the tall guy with the beard. His brother drilled it perfectly and I was very satisfied with how quickly and professionally they got it done. I highly recommend going to see them!

David has drilled most of my equipment and he has never failed!! I love the layout of my Max Thrill Hybrid and I know it’s going to be a great season next year thanks to David and the rest of the NBS staff!

Amazing store and staff. The younger kid with the curly hair was especially helpful. We were able to talk for a bit on the changes (i took a 20 year break) and whats new since 2004. He was very helpful with thoughts on my next ball. Took my Track Freak there to be reconditioned (ball was only 2yrs old, but sat for 20. They did a great job. I was so pleased that I bought a spare ball there and the drilling is perfect! This is the best part. You may think you are paying more for local business? Wrong. Id gladly pay more to support local, but they were actually CHEAPER than amazon and some big bowling webites. From now on, I will only shop there. These guys can get just about anything, so if you see something online, go in and order from them.

They take the time to make sure you are happy with the ball and the fit. I would not go anywhere else.
