We would like to share an important update with all our valued customers and Patrons.
We have new ownership coming by June 1st! Connor Matteson, Cameron Shelton and David Shelton will be assuming ownership of the store. Doug Heim will still be in the picture for a while. He will allow appointments if necessary.
The full transition will begin May 1st-May31st. In order to ensure a smooth and successful transition, both our retail locations, (523 Division Street and AMF Airport lanes Cheektowaga), and our online store will be temporarily closed. If you are planning to have any equipment serviced, drilled, or purchased, we encourage you to visit us before May 1st, or plan to join us for our Grand Re-Opening on June 1st under new ownership.
In advance, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing you either before we temporarily close, or after we re-open. This brief closure will allow us to complete all necessary updates and preparations so we can continue providing the high-quality products and services you’ve come to expect.
Upon re-opening, rest assured, the same trusted “in-store” and internet service will continue and improve for many years to come (once we get Doug out of the way lol).
Additionally… Doug will be in and out to advise as he continues “Reconditioned Bowling Ball” and “Doug Heim Bowling Products” business.
